ZOFIA M. WOSINSKA
Dr. Zofia M. Wosinska is a biotech leader with nearly 20 years of diverse experience in research, product development, commercial and strategy roles; most recently managing a portfolio of $3B+. From innovating cancer diagnostic assays and systems to developing variant proof rapid COVID tests, Zofia led teams at the largest of diagnostic companies within Roche and Danaher. Her teams launched EUA, 510k and CE products. Zofia was also a chief executive at a successful start-up (AMB3R) and a co-founder of a social impact venture (ÉSTAINE).
A world traveler, fluent in several languages and a promoter of women in STEM, Zofia authors a blog titled Becoming WISER, Women In Science & Engineering Rock. She is also passionate about fighting the war on cancer and continues to do so through ÉSTAINE.
Zofia is a fervent speaker and has appeared on TV, radio and at various events speaking to doing good while doing well, meaning balancing profits and purpose.
Zofia has a PhD in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Arizona State University and an MBA in Finance from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
Ezra and Asher, Zofia’s sons, are her biggest love. She, her husband and kids live in and enjoy the outdoors of beautiful Colorado.
